2024 Christmas Parade

It’s that time of year! We’re looking for the BEST floats for the 2024 Mix 96.9 Von Braun Center Huntsville Christmas Parade, presented again this year by Bank Independent!

The theme this year is…

We are SO excited! This is the 10th year that we’ve been hosting the Christmas Parade, and we want this to be the BEST EVER!!

We are looking forward to seeing how YOU incorporate this theme into your amazing entries!

To start the process, complete the form below – remember completing the form does NOT guarantee you a space in the parade! Once entries are approved, additional paperwork and registration fees will be required for participation.

Take a little time to brainstorm with your team and come up with an amazing plan for your entry! Be as detailed as possible, and remember, since the parade is at night, LIGHTS must be a part of your float, so include them in the description!

Registration is open through October 18th.

All Parade correspondence will be sent to this email address. Emails will come from parade@mix969huntsville.com. It may be necessary to check your spam folder.
Type of Entry(Required)
Select the option(s) that best fits your entry. DO NOT select all options. If you have a vehicle+trailer/float AND a large vehicle, select both options. This allows us to know how many vehicles will be in the parade. For large vehicles, please realize the streets may be narrow and corners difficult.
Estimated total of participants in your entry. This can be edited once your entry is approved. Include those driving/riding in vehicles or on floats, as well as those on foot. One adult for every 5 children (under age 14) participating is required for safety reasons, per Huntsville Police Department. Each participant (including an adult signature for minors) is required to sign a waiver.
Will your entry include animals?(Required)
Dogs/cats required to show proof of current rabies vaccination; horses a negative Coggins test within 12 months.

Be as detailed as possible, being sure to stick with the Parade Theme. Entries are selected for participation based on your description! Be sure to include Christmas LIGHTS!!
